What is Instinct AI?

What is Instinct AI? It is a personal assistant you reach by text or phone call, so there is no new interface to learn. You tell it what needs doing, and it works through the task on a phone and a computer the way a person would. This page sets out what that means, how people get access, and which other products called Instinct it is not.

What Instinct AI does

Instinct describes itself as a personal assistant that understands what you're working on and what matters to you. Its homepage puts the design in one line: there are no new interfaces. You text it or call it, and it can use a phone and a computer in the same way people do.

The examples on instinct.com are everyday errands: disputing an unwarranted bill, sending birthday gifts, ordering groceries, scheduling doctor's appointments and planning a weekend away. The reports collected in this guide add many more, from chasing a missing refund to checking in for a flight.

How you use the Instinct AI assistant

You talk to it the way you would text a person. An independent review by eesel describes texting Instinct on iMessage or WhatsApp, or calling it, and Instinct's terms of service also cover a Mac OS app and other computer and mobile apps. Instinct AI is not AMD Instinct: other products with the name
